Mission wants me to go Dam and retrieve documents but i can't find where it is. Can someone help?

Edit: if it's the hydro dam ,then: Enter building>you need to find a stairway UP, 2nd floor, there is an office that is locked ( find key in the building ) > go into office and you find your price

Nope, not for that mission.
Same stairs, but go down. Look at the tiles right around the bottom corner of the stairs.

Yeah, but even I'll admit, I had to go back down there a second time to find it. As I didn't manage to mouse over the proper tile the first time and ended up wondering if it was down the other stairs instead.
