You will become exhausted. Your max carry weight will go down. so you will moc ve slower and slower, and possibly need to drop things to be able to continue moving. Your condition may start dropping, but condition loss from extended exhaustion is relativly slow in the game. So, if you used the stim wisely, you can go on for a good while to find shelter to sleep. Provided you have nothing else, like bleeding wounds or other rapid condition loss issues going on before you used the stim, or during the time it is in effect. They give an immediate condition boost upon use, so many have used them to recover condition after a struggle or mauling, to give them time to treat wounds and get the heck outta there, and to safety.
They are not candy, and shouldn't be used like they are. They are meant as an emergency treatment, to save your life in a really bad situation. If you simply need more Stamina for a climb or a sprint away from danger, coffee is a better thing to use.
Does that make sense?
What I'm asking is if it's possible to randomly pass out from being exhausted before your condition degrades below 10%.
Like that answer better?
So there is no situation where you pass out temporarly and then come back.
When you're totally exhaused, then the health bar is dropping down rather quickly.
Not really, it goes down super slow. it's about 3% an hour. so if you're exaughsted, it gives ALOT of time to reach shelter with a bed. so IMO it's almost impossible to die from fatigue unless you're trying to die from JUST that vital.
