Dead Age 2 Release - OUT NOW!!!

Thanks to all who helped us , there were many bug descriptions from the community. Without you we would have taken much longer! :)

Of course we will continue to fix all bugs that are reported after release. Dead Age 2 is our baby!!!
You will still see the "Developer Version" in the game. This is an automatic feature of the engine that helps us to find crashes accurately.

If you want to support us now, please write a review, so that we also survive on our huge quest. It's really hardcore difficulty level for developers to survive with masses of indie games on Steam.
I think we will manage to reach 80% together with you, In Early Access we started roughly with *cough* 45% ...
After that we fixed and improved countless of features and then we climbed steeply upwards to 79%. :)

We have tested a lot, but if you still find bugs, please report them directly to us in the forum. This saves us a lot of time. https://steamcommunity.com/app/951430/discussions/1/
If you find a bug, please don't write angry reviews, just report it to us in the forum.
There are only a few developers like Silent Dreams who fix bugs at a furious pace. :)

Newsflash: If you use an "integrated card" laptop, you can finally play Dead age 2. We were lucky to find the bug.
Nevertheless, these graphics cards are often rather weak, so reduce the details in the options menu if necessary.

In case you have not noticed the last big update before the bugfixes were the formation button and the "Replacement Survivors"
A "Replacement Survivor" enters the camp only when someone has died, because the game is built around a certain number of survivors.

If you have found a serious bug, crash or blocker, please let us know.
Sometimes when you find a serious bug it is good to stop immediately and send us the data.

You can send us the crash zip or the save and the backup files save1 for slot 1, backup1 and backup1b Please send us to contact@silentdreams.de In this case we can check the bug better and maybe repair your save.

you find the saves here: just copy it to the Windows Explorer %appdata%/../LocalLow/SilentDreams/DeadAge2

The Dead Age 2 Early Access Zombie Apocalypse begins now!

Dear survivors,

The day has finally come: Dead Age 2 is NOW available on Steam Early Access!

Exactly four years and two days after the release of Dead Age, its successor is finally available! And we are really overjoyed that you are able to play Dead Age 2 for yourself now! It was a lot of fun and hard work to improve the gameplay of Dead Age and extend it with a bunch of new features.

Today’s Early Access launch includes the first 27 days of the full game. In the coming months we will complete the game together with you and further optimize it - our Early Access Roadmap gives you an overview of the coming months:

Wishlist Number Update & Animated Portraits!

To all survivors out there,

Our Wishlist Event for Dead Age 2 shows first results! ːsteamhappyː

The animated portraits only need 1.000 more wishes and then they will be definitely implemented to the game! While there were no animated portraits in Dead Age, this is a completely new feature that breathes more life into the characters. Here you can see an example of the conversations in Dead Age 2:

In the next few weeks we will provide you all more information about the development of Dead Age 2 here on Steam. Look forward to our updated and more dangerous Zombie Apocalypse!

Dead Age 2 coming early 2020: Wishlist now & improve your Survival RPG for free!

Dear Survivors,

looking for some fresh zombie meat? Three years in the making and we are finally close to reach our goal: Dead Age is back with a vengeance!

Dead Age 2 is a unique combination of survival, management, Rogue-Like events, turn-based combat, classic role-playing game with tons of quests and a story in which your decisions directly effect plot progression!

Like we did with Dead Age in 2016 we will release Dead Age 2 in early 2020 to Steam Early Access. Why? Because we want to optimize the game within the last month of the development together with you guys because we want to offer you the best possible Dead Age experience!

And we've got more great news for you! You can improve Dead Age 2 even further with our Wishlist event. Wishlist the game and unlock more and more cool features and extensions for it by increasing the number of wishes. We keep you posted with updates when new goals have been reached!

TRAPPED DEAD: LOCKDOWN Patch 1.1 live

Hi everybody!

Thank you so much for all your feedback to our game "TRAPPED DEAD: LOCKDOWN".
Much appreciated! We would like to officialy announce the release of the first PC, Mac and Linux patch.

Here is the list of improvements:
- Included the Portuguese language option for subtitles as promised.
- For a better balance, each character now has a carrying limitation. An inventory limit per slot was added. Now an inventory management is required by the player.
- Increased the number of characters for the hero name.
- When you pause the game by openning menus (i.e: inventory, skills, trader, etc) the enemies won't attack.

Here is the list of bug fixes:
- Level 10 achievement is now activating on Steam.
- We removed the "Cost" from passive Skills.
- We adjust the collider in the dock ramp in riverside area 5, to prevent the characters fall.
- We adjust the collider in the stairs of Area 9 Factory.
- We now mapped correctly the XBOX360 controller for Linux.
- We now mapped correctly the XBOX360 controller for Mac using 'Tattie Bogle Driver'.
- In the Skills menu, the selection frame for the defensive skills no longer disappears.
