This server has zero lagg and is hosted on a dedicated server.
It has a 100mbs connection and has a huge Ddos protection so it wont go down.
Also sync is not enabled !

This server is pretty much a joke...you got admins who threaten to ddos players and next I get kicked for "hacking items" which probably is me thinking they thought I spawned items. However it was a loot pile of 2 players who I killed earlier and I was coming back to get some items.

The kicks are automated by unturned it self.
You cannot call out a server for the actions of the players
