If you want to play only with your friends why just don't try hamachi?

Enable: Yes
Name Unturned
Protocol: UDP
WAN Host Start IP Address: Try leaving blank
WAN Host End IP Address: Try leaving blank
WAN Connection: Leave as INTERNET
WAN Start Port: 27014
WAN End Port: 27017
Leave MAC Mapping off
LAN Host IP Address: (do CMD > ipconfig and find your IPV4 address, usually 192.168.x.x or something similar)
LAN Host Start Port: 27014
LAN Host End Port: 27017

See if that works.
