How do I use the military ammunition Crate in Unturned 3.0

i can't apparently craft it like the civilian refilling, it just won't shows up in the ammunition crafting area even through i already maxed out the crafting skill. can someone help me ?

To use it, you only need a magazine that takes Military Ammunition and the box in your inventory. Make sure you are on the correct crafting tab.

i already pressed T and take out the 5.56 x 45 mm mags that the Gun uses and it shown to use Military ammunation crate, then i have 2 box of fully loaded military ammunation crate and go to the crafting area and the ammunation. boom not shown any refilling of the ammo whatsoever. maybe this is a bug ?
