How to get tactical light by crafting? [Unturned 3.0(mapleleaf)] ppe

I cant seem to find duct tape or torch in canada -.-\ but i have flashlight and tape(not duct) but to no avail

You can only find them afaik, not craft them. That will come later (possibly!) ;)

How are you scard of the zombies. There easy to kill. You should be scard of them when is fullmoon.
