How do I do God Mode in singleplayer 3.0?

Set the armor multipliers to 100, zombies to 0, inventory to stay, spawn like 10 or so MRE's, and max your skills. Pretty much the best you can do.

Heres a easy way,go to the advanced settings in the map selection,set the player armor multiplier to 99999999999 and zombie damage multiplier into 0 make sure the can hurtleg option is not checked,loose clothes on combat death false,looses clothes on enviromental death false...and you good to go also about the inventiry and stuff make sure the drop thinggy is set to 0 (sell yournprimary and second will droped upon death but its still better than looses whole of your inventory)and you are,anti zombies,anti explosion,anti fall damage,anti literaly everything (exept deadzones,vehicle crashes and drowning) (make sure you are in the lastest verison of the game).oh dont forgot make sure the cheats option is ALWAYS checked (it will alow you to spawn in stuff n vehicle)

Or just set the hunger ticks to an ungodly number.
