How can i make torches?

Well in the last update i see you can make a miner hat with a torch and a constructor helmet but i dont know how to make torches. How can i craft them?

torches spawn randomly at the police, and fire stations in Charlottetown, or you can play on BAMBI mode, lose all progress on the game you have, and auto-spawn w/ a torch, juicebox and a choco bar. Tactical lights can be crafted, using 2 scrap metal, 1 battery. works the same as torches, and you can use them as weapon attachments.
