Unturned Server "Organiser"

I found this program on the Unturned Wikia and decided to give it a try. But before it would launch a server, it asked for my Steam account login information and for me to disable Steam Guard. Is this safe, or no?

I run the program

I get bunch's of errors popping up... they dont stop, so I have to reboot.

Upon rebooting it says my computer is downloading "updates" which I knew was real sus

Upon getting to my desktop lots of things were out of place, most shortcuts were gone (but the program files remained) I had no access to my file explorer. So instead I did windows-key+r and did %appdata% to open the file explorer

Upon deleting the program I had no errors, I thought it was fine... just incase I went and rebooted into safe mode to do a malware scan, but I saw that the program was still there... even when I deleted it, and deleted it from the recycle bin

I really wanna say its malware, before it could go any further I reset my pc, deleting everything

I suggest not downloading
