Enabling third person on a dedicated server.

Would someone be able to help me enable third person view on my dedicted server? I haven't played around with the settings much, so I assume the server defaults to locking the player in first person.
The server is hosted on my old laptop via creating a shortcut of the Unturned.exe in %appdata%

If you want to test to see if you have third person in your server just press the letter 'H' on your keyboard in-game of your server.But, if you said that its mostly default then its most likely is.

go into your server folder, search the command file , write in "Perspective Both"
