ok after some research i found the only match to the description scp 432-1 it has red glowing eyes

Yeah that is the Anomaly of the lighthouse. It was removed from the game a while ago.

hey mex this is not a joke the anomaly is real it was been added in the 2.2.2 update 1 youtuber see the anomaly the anomaly stand there for atleast 3 second and dissapeard but it was remove not long few people have reported that the anomaly is back in the russia map inside the metro some speculation that this is fake while other is actually real
