Best server manager software at the moment?

Best server manager software at the moment? I've found 2 on github but they look abandoned.

If you are referring to a panel where you can have control of the servers in a simple way, I recommend Pterodactyl.

Yeah, I used to use unturned server manager but they seems to be gone.

A few years ago I had several servers and it was easy for them to be always full without doing anything, but recently I started again with servers and it seems impossible to have 5 people on average.

It is also true that when it comes to plugins, mods, etc. You don't see as much as before, but there is still active development going on at Unturned.

Anyway don't be disappointed, maybe my case is isolated. As I told you Pterodactyl is the best option to manage game servers, and Internet is full of documentation and guides to make a server with anything you can think of.
