Items from Stockpile

my question would be: Do we will be able to sell items from Stockpile that has bin: until 2018-09-21?
Items like: Voyager Maplestrike; Calmly Blazing Fusilaut;Assault Division Zubeknakov;

You cannot sell stuff currently available in the Stockpile, nor can you sell stuff currently on market cooldown.

I think he knows that - he's asking about the skins that were timed that went down a week ago. Other retired Stockpile skins (such as the No. 5 Blowtorch) can be sold on the market, so he's wondering if that'll be possible for the new ones as well.

Yes, since they wouldn't be available in the Stockpile at that point (as implied in my original post). Similarly, you can sell stuff that isn't on market cooldown.

I've had the Calmly Blazing Fusilaut skin long enough for it to be tradable, but it's not marketable yet. What exactly is 'market cooldown'?

Some Stockpile items from the 2018-09-07 to 2018-09-21 time-frame haven't been refreshed by Steam's cache yet, and so they preexisting copies aren't marketable atm (although you should theoretically be able to sell something like a Voyager Maplestrike w/ Player Killcounter if it was made afterwards).

Nelson manually flushed the asset appearance cache just now. I've checked your inventories, and the items are definitely marketable now. :)

This problem is present again with the "available until 2018-12-31" items, but all of them can be sold if a killcounter is added to them (except the Neon Fire Axe for some reason?)

The issue will be resolved soon.
