Garage add / Garage Retrieve?

can someone give me a link of this mod or whatever that is? i am searching like crazy theese days and the only think that internet gives me is servers that include that or garage doors and barricades... not the commands... i am searching a way to put theese commands on the server cause none wants to get his vehicles stolen... i would apreciate it if someone would help me
