How to enter special building mode

A while back unturned got that update where you could basically build structures like you were in the editor. I've searched EVERYWHERE, how do I do it?

shift + F6 in third player mode (press h to toggle 3rd player from 1st plaayer)

[fall]

Switch to third person. (By default it's H)
Hold down Shift an press F6 once.
You will now be in building mode, but I recommend going into camera mode to use it as it's easier in my opionion, to go into comera mode just hold down Shift and press F1.
Note that you can't do this on servers unless you're an administrator.

How can you not use F6? If you have an FN key next to your spacebar, hold down that key and try Shift + F6
