Is there a way to take ammo out of magazines?

I've been playing for a little while so I know that you can fill magazines using ammo boxes and other similar magazines, but is there a way to take the ammo out once it's in? Like you have a magazine with ten bullets, do something, then you have a box of 10 bullets and an empty magazine.

Actually yes. You will need to press the "T" botton while your gun is equipped in your hand. You will see the attachments you can put on your gun including the mag. If the mag icon is green, then the mag is still in the gun; if its not then you have no ammo at all. Click the mag icon and the mag will be out of the gun. Then head to the crafting menu and go to the ammo section and add bullets to the mag by crafting it. Then reload and youre good.
