How do you destroy locked cars?

Almost every PvP servers I've played has locked cars in it and you've probably get what I'm saying. From what I know, one way of destroying it is by using the stealy wheely then destroy it.

Are there other methods to destroy locked cars? Does shooting them do any damage? For some reason, most players are capable of destroying my car twice in a row. Its so weird when stealy wheely are so rare.

I didn't wasted much time wondering how to destroy once since its too much of an investment. If any of you figured out on how to do it, mind sharing it on how to destroy one?

You can destroy them if there NOT military (or coastguard, etc.) vehicles. Military vehicles are bulletproof from low caliber weapons (melee, maplestrike,heartbreaker, etc.) but you can destroy them with high caliber weapons, like the grizzly or timberwolf (or LMGs). you do not need to unlock the cars to break them, they are just bulletproof.

Thanks guys but back then when the update of the locking vehicle mechanics as soon as you lock them, the vehicles turn into immortal beings that can't be damaged even for civilian vehicles.
