I have some questions about the healthpoints of buildings etc

According to the wiki a metal wall has 1100 HP, a Large metal plate 1000 and a wooden wall like for example birch has 350 HP

That means that a metal plate can be removed with a single c4 charge if i am not mistaken where as the metal wall takes 1 c4 + a little bit, i would have to guess a sticky grenade.

Since we can only use explosives now to destroy anything it really feels like Wood takes 1 c4, metal plate takes 1 c4 and metal wall takes 1 c4 and a sticky... this doesnt feel right. Am i missing something here?

Also, how do i get rid of random wooden storage boxes that people just place all over the map?
Let me guess, i need a c4 charge for every single one dont i?

My actual question is: Shouldnt there be a bigger difference between wood and metal? The last time i checked metal is quite a bit stronger than wood and my cousin who is a lumberjack in bavaria isnt using C4 to cut wood either.... so whats the deal here? Is my cousin doing it wrong?

I really feel like i should be able to destroy a simple wooden box with a ''WOODCUTTING'' axe, a Sledge hammer or a Katana but thats just me.

To be clear: I Dont know how the game should work nor am i an expert but the way structures work right now is super dodgy and i need someone to tell me how to destroy stuff.

1 c4 for everything just means that people are going to spam the living crap out of wooden structures...no?

Wood takes 1 c4
metal takes 2 c4

lmg's and sniper rifles can destroy structures aswell

I was obviously joking about the storagebox base :-S

I want to remove wooden storages that are randomly places all over the map and more specifically around my base.
Looks ugly and attracts more attention to my area than i wished.

Cant do it. Unless i farm 17 explosives and a detonator -_-

Ok so i just need to find 17 explosives + a detonator or an LMG or a ranger + a couple of boxes of ammo :-X man, i am having a hard time not beeing cynical or bitter about this.

I have never seen a detonator nor have i seen an LMG and the single ranger i have doesnt have nearly enough ammo and even if i did i am not going to ''waste'' it on destroying a handful of boxes which can be replaced within minutes :-(

Again, thanks for your reply but this is kinda done. I wont bother with the storage boxes and just pray to god no-one feels like trolling my base by building ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around or plates like they allways do. You know, those plates and stuff like that which are floating in mid air every 20 meters.
