what do you mean by ''console command''? do you mean server stuff? if so then i can't help you. but if you mean the commands you use in singleplayer/as admin then i can help

okay, first you need to enable cheats, you do this in the singleplayer world menu
you type the cheats in the chat (press enter)
then type in any of these:

@give ID/amount =gives you a item and the amounth you typed in.
example: @give 253/12 =gives you 12 alicepacks

@vehicles ID =spawns a vehicle of the chosen ID infront of you
example: @vehicles 45 =spawns a green roadster infront of you

@day =makes it daytime
needs no example

@night =makes it nighttime
needs no example

@teleport location =teleports you to the location you requested
example: @teleport Moscow =teleports you to moscow (preset that you are playing on russia)

@storm =makes it rain, use again to stop the rain
needs no example

@airdrop =spawns a plane which will drop supplies (guns etc)
needs no example

if you did'nt know, ID means the item or vehicles number, every vehicle or item has a seperate number that is different from all other IDs
