Report a translation problem
My idea would also act as a filter, since not many people know about the world/area/group thing as Sardines said. The ones who just speak while holding TAB would just talk to the air, because you'd have to select your adressee first, and people who mind to look at this in the settings are expected to be mature enough. (Sorry, I don't know how to say it properly.)
Also, the @mute command for admins would really help closing the mouth of micspammers, along with an individual mute button, like in TF2. Finally, the name of the guy talking next to the Voice chat icon would make it easier to differentiate the ones who are speaking. This way, Voice chat could be improved, shuting up micspammers, and letting place to the ones who actually do have something important to say, like a server info, or an announcement through the whole server.
But that's just my opinion...
after that admins will be useless(like are now btw)
