Inventory shortcuts and changes
Shift + Click = Quick move an item from inventory into a crate or locker. Also, quick move an item from a crate or locker into inventory.

Space + Click = Quick move everything from inventory into a crate or locker. Also, quick move everything from a crate or locker into inventory.

Ctrl + Click = Quick move all of one type of item from inventory into a crate or locker. Also, quick move all of one type of item from a crate or locker into inventory.

Q = Drop equipped item while playing or drop item mouse pointer is hovering over while inventory is open.

Shift + Click = Craft as many items as you can. For instance, 16 cloth would make you click 8 times to make them all rags, 4 times to make them all bandages and 2 more times to make dressings. This can be shortened to 3 Shift+Clicks.

Inventory sorting button: Button in a corner of the interface that sorts inventory by how much space each item takes up and by ID numbers.

Clothing slots, similar to the armor slots in Minecraft.

Edit: Ok time to let this thread die now it's three years old, almost four i think we can move on now.

Shift + click and Q are the same as you suggested, on Minecraft.
But CTRL + click already have an use on Unturned 3.

I would not suggest clothing slots, because in Minecraft they don't have storing space and on Unturned thay have. Instead, I would suggest that the sections of each clothing piece could be minimizable, so it would be easier to go from one section to another.

In fairness, this was back in April, ;) I haven't played Unturned since... around about the update when they added 3rd person view, I'm sure I'll start playing it again soon™.

This is the "suggestions" forum. These were not implemented the way the user suggested.

two big issues im having right now, and idrc how necro this is lol. 1 is half of you are saying these are only suggestions the other half are like THANKS!1 SO MUCH BETTER NOW. so messed up but anyway..
I dont know what happened from then till now but for me shift click does nothing and ctrl click moves anything the pointer's over into "nearby" space, which is the most retarded thing ever when trying to deal with your storage happens way more often than deciding what should be dropped. i dont get how they couldnt even give priority to crates/storage instead of nearby space just whenever you're using a storage item at least.

Y'all need to realize I made this as a SUGGESTION back ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO, maybe some of my suggestions have been implemented but idk because I don't play this anymore lol.

The inventory system NEEDS drag & drop function. The way it works now is a BIG deterrent to people who want to play it. You don't poke things in real life either, you freakin' drag & drop them.
