UnBreakable/ Invincible Structure and Chest
I dont know if someone already post a similar topic to this but i want this to be implemented in the game right now game is kinda unfair why? because players can raid your base/house etc.
easily by either spamming melee (any kinds) to a wall door and chests which make the game unfair.

so what do you thinks guys , this should be implemented Yes or No? if No explain why...

no, its a stupid idea because its a raid game, there are servers without raid join them also if you build a base dont leave it unattended but if you're in you'r base you should hear the meelee sounds, also if base were invinsable you kill a guy take his stuff put it in chest and he couldn't do anything about it

No, because then you can't raid bases. If you want to make a base that can't be raided, 1.Don't play on PEI, bases are to easy to find on PEI
or
2.Play single player

Every server i join has raid there is nothing i can do about it this is why at least a invincble chest or maybe improvement on vault will make the game a bit fairer

UnBreakable safe box and lagger crate, for user's own personal storage. yeah, once discussed.

but that idea, also got some unpleasant concerns, due to , these stuffs are UnBreakable, and these stuffs got their own physical 3d volume in-game,

so, if someone abuses them, and road blocks or something, that may ruin the gameplay.

so, the private item box must be quite limited before adding into the game:

1. the install area, it should be put only around the claimed spawned point. that means, you have to craft a bedroll 1st, and set a "home" position in game. and you have to choose you home position carefully... and if you set you home respawn point, and your bedroll is demolished by other players, then, your safe boxes and respawn point still there, won't be removed. but if you redo claiming a new home/respawn point, directly remove your old safe boxes and items in it, i think there should an alert telling you, re-set your home point would remove already existed properties...

2. you only can craft 1 small safe box and 1 bigger private storage crate, for personal storage, the container blocks/item slots are not quite large. so, choose the most precious things for safe boxes.
you can not craft 3rd one, to avoid abuse in game... we don't wanna see a lot of safe boxes from different players, here and there, everywhere, like grave mounds.

3. if digging gameplay could be introduced in game. then, maybe you can dig a hole on the ground out of the town area. and set there and get it buried there. and next time you can go back, and dig it out...but even you bury it, it would also be a digging site for other players to see, if they are close, so, yeah, they can also dig it out, but due to that is an UnBreakable private storage box, so they can't open it! they only can just left it there and leave, but this can be an in game achievement , for the online parts , right? to discover other guy's safe treasure!
maybe. maybe...

about design around digging gameplay, see this post.

4. if you need large quantity of item deposit. well you need a bank system, but obviously this game is not a Roleplay game, so, bank and bank npc, maybe impossible.

so, learn to trade off and give ground for something, when you manage your own item slots/blocks....for storage, both in your crates and your own clothes...

5. unbreakable boxes are very good Treadstone comparing to sandbags against zombies... but their crafting materials , much more expensive.
