Craftable ghillie suit (hood, top, bottom and vest)

Please make ghillie suit CRAFTABLE! Ghillie suit is not that rare as it is now! It is just a green T-shirt with glued cloth strips on it! So why not to make it craftable? My idea: military top + 16 cloth + glue = ghillie top (and with other military clothes too).

Lots of snipers are searching for ghillie suit for hours before they start sniping and when they find it they are killed by another sniper. I hope this could help them (and me too .).
