diving mask and snorkel and its effects, air tank location.

a mask should be able to make visibility underwater clearer overall (like when youre just at the surface and you can see underwater clearly) and the snorkel should allow you to skim along at that boundary layer and maintain a depth and still breathe, just a matter of a few inches difference in perspective. I mean, thats what snorkeling is all about in RL :) also the airtank should function to extend underwater stamina when in hand inventory or even equiped, not in place as a backpack, in combination with the diving mask. the mask and snorkel should wear out like a gasmask does if possible, in place of your oxygen dropping at all. repairs like with other items using scraps and possibly chemicals

Snorkels shouldnt work as gasmasks, since oxygen is everywhere. The airtank dont extend your underwater stamina, its fine as it is, but i think diving top and bottom should increase your stamina/speed, or let you sprint underwater at half speed you would in surface.
