Farm animals and animal breeding
Some of the best food items in Unturned are made from meat that you obtain from killing animals. Unfortunately, animals are not all to easy to find.

Being able to tame some animals such as cows, pigs, and deer may be a little overpowerd since they would provide such a good food supply, It could be made so that breeding is not to easy of a task and takes a long time to accomplish and may require for both animals to be taimed, which would be difficult to do.

I know this idea has some flaws and is not compleatelly worked out but if you have any suggestions of how to make this work out better, please comment you're thoughts.
I just feel like it would make sense for someone in the appocolypse to eventually start breeding animals as well as farm in order to survive.

I agree could be fun to do, and would raise the survival aspect.

+1 Would be fun to do!
Maybe even have a slight chance in having your livestock become ill with the virus going around? Or maybe make zombies attracted to the livestock by all the noise they make and have to fend them off or something.

I don't think you should be able to tame deer as you can;t do that in real life, but I agree with pretty much everything here.

More ideas: Fish Farms. Use a barricade with bait, a new crafting supply, to declare a boxed-in spot of water as a fish farm, and it gives you a 75% higher chance of a bite. It can only be used in boxed-in areas.

*COUGH COUGH* Domesticated deer ARE a thing. It is possible to tame most animals. Scientists can train a bloody bumblebee to put a ball in a slot to get sugarwater. Where you get your knowledge truly makes me sad that humanity exists. Any living thing can learn as long as it has a brain.

Not deer, but cows and pigs would be cool. Maybe if two domestic animals were near each other for some time they might breed.

Look up "Domesticated Deer" on Google. Don't get pissed though, I don't want this topic locked down.

I "Googled" it, and found plenty of deer domestication articles, videos, and testimonials which all point to a fairly easy taming of any breed of deer, commonly white tail though. Dillie. Not to mention anecdotally, I've raised animals since I was 4, currently turning twenty. I think I know how farming, integration of new animals, grazing, mating, holding all goes. Don't try to one up someone with "Google" when you can't be bothered to look past the first results. Which, in fact, were questions, not articles. 'Why don't we domesticate deer, 'can we domesticate deer' 'is it possible to tame a deer' after those few, I found plenty advocating deer farming, and as domestic pets.

Bye, Felicia.

Best regards,
