from what ive heard is that if you destroy cars more will respawn but the more low tier vehicles you destroy the more high teir vehicle will spawn.


Ex: Your in Seattle, you come in and see the police station has no heli, you go around destroying cars and once your finished you walk back and theres the heli.

Don't quote me on this because I have not tried to prove this as of yet.

Just letting you know :D. Also, the steelie should not be craftable. Because its too valuable and virtually no ones vehicle is safe if that becomes a thing.

its really easy to get metal, but that will work
