How can i make someone ADMIN !

Ok , so i have a server ( LAN on hamachi ) and i used the information from YTB BigLikeBoss or something like that and i maked a server and i dont know how to make me admin , i tried to put my name and my steam id in the commands.dat with admin and all the things and when i start the server it says name haven't found or something ... sooo how can i make me admin ?

I had the same problem

1) Start the server
2) Join it
3) In the server console (the console that opens when you start the server) type admin (name you have in unturned you can open the map to check that name if you forgot it)
4) It should do it if it doesnt work tell me

From what i remember not all @ commands worked for me (like adding XP), but commands to spawn items/spawn cars/teleport worked as soon as an admin used them
You can check if you're using a wrong command format by typing
@Day or @Night if it changes the time of the day then @ commands should work but you typed them wrong. If it doesn't change the time of day:
1-You're not an admin
2-Cheats are not allowed

I haven't played in a while so i don't know how to enable them but i found a discussion on a forum that explains how to turn it on.

Recent update allows you to use "/" instead of "@" as an initiator.

For your personal server, you need to have cheats enabled in the commands.dat file in order to spawn items and have a good time as admin.
