Find for places that spawns military grade loot, it spawns randomly though, so it kinda depends on your luck.

just search everywhere, ninja suit can be founded in every city and in military location but i think you can't find it in the farm.sorry for my english i tried to do my best

you can find it in the bunker a lot but its like CeeD (couldnt find the chich over the e button help?) it all depends on your luck...btw i find it every time i go to the bunker...but im really lucky
