How to give an item for all players in unturned 3.x.x?

I don't think there is a command to give ALL players a certain item. You will have to do it manually using @give (player name)/(Item ID)/(Item amount). Some servers use mods that allow the player to type in something to receive items but those mods, as far as I know, aren't released to the public just yet.

i cant seem to get it to give other players things, says failed to convert "name" into item id
