Do people still play survival?

I've noticed that this game lives thanks to PVP mode, people don't remember that this game was always supposed to be a survival game. Sure - PVP can be fun and I like it as an alternative, but I like survival the most. Are there people like me? Does anyone still play survival?

istill play on survival servers with few or no mods. i try to keep away from kit servers as that just encourages PVP more than actually just surviving, building etc.

Does anyone know how to fix the game cause I literally just installed this and I played it literally twice and then I tried to make a server for me and my friend and as soon as I did that it broke and now the game launches but doesn't load and just appears on my hotbar

I exclusively play single player since that's how I personally have the most fun playing Unturned. I do play with a few mods and only really play on the five official maps.

I do, somewhat modded and mostly the maps with NPCs because the others seem a bit empty.
An exception is PEI, but I invented my own quests for that: build a house that showcases the mods, "rescue" all the vehicles on the map and park them near the house, grow all the crops, brew all the recreational beverages ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
