Where does the Honeybadger spawn?

I've killed 30 mega zombies, and none of them dropped it.
Can I get a confirmation that he drops it? Like a video, or a picture?

i... dont think he can drop it. normaly i see them in miltiary bunks. like the buildings on the right side when you enter the military base on PEI

They can be found, or from a mega zombie which drops several rare items.

I opened Pei in the editor, and the only guns that drop from Mega zombie is the Timberwolf and Desert Eagle

Military Locations. It's just very uncommon.

a maplestrike dropped from him, as well as an alicepack. also, where'd you find this?

This is really strange, since Maplestrike is not on the list for the things to drop from Mega (unlike the Alicepack), are you sure it isn't a drop from regular zombie?

EDIT: Checked spawns again, and it look like that you can get Honeybadger from Mega Zombies on Yukon

Rare Spawn in Military Base and Rare Drop from Mega Zombie

Like pretty much everyone else has said, it's a very rare drop of mega zombies, and a rare spawn in military zones. Very early on in my first playthrough of 3.0 when it was still in beta, I found a honeybadger in one of the buildings in the military base, and since then I still very rarely find it in the same spot, and have seen megas drop it 4 or 5 times.

Honeybadger hasn't been removed, I have found it multiple times at Summerside Military Base and Confed Bridge tons of times in this update,and it isn't a modded map either.

how rare would you say it is from mega zombies?
i've killed 42, no badger
i'm playing on pei
also, was this drop recent? like, 3.11-3.12 recent?

The most recent mega zombie drop was in 3.11.
