Hissing noises?

for some reason while not in game, i keep hearing the hissing sound from the smoke grenade. i have no idea where its coming from

this could be a file staying open if you go into the ctrl-alt-delete menue and the bottom menu then the second tab if there is a unturned tab there close it this should stop it otherwise i have no clue

nothing seems to be showing up in the thing

for me when im running my server, volume mixer idicates that my server console was making the noise when I caught it. muted that, havent herd it since
