Can't find the Telescope parts!

Hi!

I've been struggling to complete this quest for a few hours now. I've been looking everywhere, I've searched all camps and couldn't find those parts. I also abandoned the quest and started it over and still nothing. Do you have any ideas where can I search or what can I do to find them?
