No Version Servers found on Master Server

problem has been on my computer for almost a year. I have tried nearly everything, such as verifying cache deleting the game and registration, and reinstallation. would like to know if anyone who has had this problem knows how to fix it.

To fix this Go to your start menu then type cmd, right click the icon and click run as administrator, then type netsh winsock reset, and restart your computer. Tell me if this works.

This also fixed some other games not being able to connect to the internet.
