Cant Punch in Unturned

when i try to punch, nothing happens. But when I switch the controls to my keyboard i.e enter, it works fine Help

In Unturned options, restore all to defaults.
Alternatively, in your Steam Library, right click Unturned and select Properties. Then, verify game integrity cache.

Yeah I already fixed the problem. I downloaded this thing called touchfreeze, which if you type, the mouse buttons don't work. Now I uninstalled it, and Unturned works fine now.
