Can't join a server via Hamachi

A friend and I play on games over Hamachi, and it has worked perfectly on everything so far. However, on thsi game, we always time out. Always. It's quite irritating. Any idea for the cause?

A LAN virtualization client. Basically, it simulates a Local Area Network between computers. I'm surprised you haven't heard of it.

Possible causes: Incorrect IP address, incorrect port, incorrect password.

Here's a simple tutorial:

Step 1: Have you and your friend download Hamachi.

Step 2: Open Hamachi and click on the power button

Step 3: Click "Network" and either create a new network, if you are hosting the server, or join a network if you are trying to join his server.

Step 4: Once you are both in the same Hamachi server, copy the host's IPv4 address. It should look like this: 25.32.12.154 (example). The IP address should be to the first one to the right of their name.

Step 5: Now open unturned and have the person who is hosting the server start it up and make sure that you have the maxplayer count set to at least 2, and that you have the port set to 25444 preferrably. A password is not necessary because it is Hamachi.

Step 6: Finally, have the person who is not hosting go to connect, paste the host's IPv4 address (from hamachi) into the IP section, make sure the port is 25444, and assure that there is no password entered, then join.

Step 7: ???

Step 8: Profit

can we get an answer? many of my friends can join, but others cant...its super annoying, we are all on Hamachi, and the server works fine, it just doesnt let some of my friends join

it just attempts to connect till try#10 then says coneection failed :/
everything is correctly typed and hamachi says its working. Its not the problem im having but your firewall settings may be blocking unturned.

your friends have test without Firewall,Anti-Malware and anti-virus ?

we fixed it apparently i was missing files. I reinstalled. i couldnt ping him but he could ping me and i managed to join. so good ole computer technicians logic. just reinstall XD

But did you reinstall hamachi and it worked fine after?

Don't use ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Make a real server.
