It is 9 cloth. No tape needed.

With a flare, you can add color! :steamhappy: ... though, how a road flare can help with coloring makes me wonder just how safe the thing is to sleep in.

It is very easy to miss, since early on, who the heck holds onto raw cloth for very long?! It all gets turned into rags, then bandages, then dressing. It is bulky and takes 8 of them to make a dressing.
