Pickaxe Location(s)?

Where are pickaxes found commonly on the map, as in locations?

You can easily find it on the Arena map after a few respawns...

Any other pickaxe locations? I know when I first started playing a few days ago, I found one pickaxe somewhere, either a city area or farm, but I certainly know it wasn't in a cargo container. So that should mean there's at least one other pickaxe location.

I found pickaxe when killing zombies, but so hard to drop when killing zombies

Are we talking about the preview edition? It would be nice to know there where is the pickaxe.
