how to grab ip adresses from my localhost server?

Ive ran into a hacker or 2 and i want to pull their ip from them connecting to me to then use something like peerblocker as a temporary ban system[please give me a quicker easier ip block method aswell]

its hosted on the pc i am currently on and ive tried cain but it searches through every other device on my network but a few pcs!

a simple cmd command will work aswell i just need it to do whats needed

Yep, that's probably your only option to block specific player-IPs at this point aswell. There don't seem to be a lot of admin tools yet.
