Yes. Loot, trees and rocks are respawn if you close the game and enter again.

This is partly correct. These things will also respawn if you give them enough time. You aren't required to restart the game.

they do respawn, aslong as the previous vehicle is destroyed, atleast that's what i got from the wiki
