Perhaps you could host a local server just for yourself; if there's such a thing as world saving, you could at least keep your structures.

To any rational person who understands the product is not fully functional, yes.
I agree, and judging by other posts, it looks like there is an ability to save. It must be buggy on the Gold mode, or buggy in general, because that's what I'm judging my experience off of. If saving was not possible, then it would be a priority to add. Look at another survival game, The Forest. At launch, saving was not possible. The devs quickly hotfixed it to make saving possible.
And yes, early access doenst mean basic funtionalities like saving and deleting games shouldn't be there. This is how you tell Pc-gaming is going to ♥♥♥♥.
