You can find a repair torch in construction loot areas like Barns, Cargo Containers, and Boats.

Alright seriously, you need a blowtorch to repair any vehicle, especially when it is smoking.

Found in mechanic and gas store in charlottetown, and the fuel tank near wiltshire farm

nope, construction doesnt normally spawn blowtorch. not the spawns, nor the zombies. only way to get them is via mechanic shops and zombies

true, but for some weird reason i don't think that its a good idea to, whenyou want to repair your car, to put a remote control bomb on it... ;)
