Report a translation problem
Exercise Levels 1, 2, and 3: right out the gate. The faster I can move, for longer, the better. My survival goes way up when I can move quick.
Cardio Level 1 and 2: Don't need to wait as long to run some more.
Survival Level 1: hunting for food and water puts you at major risk.
Overkill Level 1: Nice to be able to one-hit back stab many zombies. Unless I've already found a crossbow or compound bow. Then I skip this.
Diving Level 1 and 2: I'm in the water a bunch; swimming slow sucks.

Usually by this point I'm geared up fairly well.
