When you placed an object, you will have 2 options to edit the placement of said object, which are,
1.Transform[Q]
-It will shows you 3 straight coloured arrows, all pointing different directions.
2.Rotation[W]
-It will show you 3 curved coloured line which formed a sphere.

The easier way to use this is by clicking the line/arrow and then move the cursor, different arrows/lines have different effect.

Transform
The arrows themselves are self-explanatory.(ie. if you want to elevate/drop an object use green arrow and then move the cursor)

Rotation
You can rotate objects with this, click the line and move the cursor.

It really hard to explain ._. , I suggest you try it out yourself xd (Remember to click the line/arrow, then move your cursor)

Snap rotate/transform allows you to turn/move objects more 'neater' and less time consuming than if you would do it manually. It works when you put a number in the boxes.

For example, putting '90' in the Snap rotation box makes it turn 90 degrees, while putting '24' in Snap transform box makes it move 24 frames.

By the way, it only works if you hold CTRL (Control) while moving/turning the object.

how far is one rame. specifically how many frames is the distance between one pillar and another on a floor.

Default numbers are the snap transforms that match the size of floors and pillars.
