Ranger Suppressor??

I have a couple ranger suppressors but it won't go on any of my guns, I have a hawkhound rifle,colt,revolver and a cobra if it doesn't go on any of these what gins is it good for?

The ranger supressor work on weapons that take ranger ammunition; however like all barrel attachments won't go on sniper rifles. This list then becomes the Kryzkarek pistol, Zubeknakov assault rifle (AK-47), Yuri sub-machinegun, Nykorev light machinegun, and Snayperskya marksman rifle.
Rule of thumb is that it will work will stuff you find around it, but usually nothing else.

I found a few of them on one of the island's there was an underground bunker type thing, but no other weapons or ammo was found in that area, just the suppressors and a couple scopes but the scope went on the hawkhound with no issue so I was confuzzeled and the wiki gave no info so I asked here. Guns are usually rare. I looked up and it's about a >2% spawn chance for a ranger gun to spawn (I think the chance is higher for Zubeknakov, Kryzkarek and Yuri). Just keep looking and you'll eventually find one.

Scope can be put into any weapon (except pistols), so there's nothing wrong about the scopes in the island.

Yes I know. I was responding to his comment "Rule of thumb is that it will work with stuff you find around it" The scope fit so I thought the supressor should fit casue I only found the supressors at the small island with the underground bunker.I am playing gold on single player so the chances are better then with normal game modes.

wait. so where does the military suppressor go on? does it also go on the zubekanov, or a hawkhound.

Since, the Zube is ranger-grade and the Hawkhound civilian-grade. It won't work with either. However, if you've got an Eaglefire, Maplestrike, or other military grade weapon then it should fit.

If its looks like a Russian Gun, its ranger. Guns without intergated silencers/surpressors can be silenced according to their 'type'.
