How to change difficulty on private dedicated server?

I'm guessing I put sometthing in Commands.dat but i'm not sure what

Open your Commands.dat and enter in a new line, and type "mode <difficulty>". The only valid entries for that line are "Easy", "Normal", "Hard", and "Gold".

Also how do I make myself admin through the files?

Not for the type of server i'm running. You have to add something to the files

Enter your sever and type "admin <Name>" into your sever's Command Prompt. You can use your Unturned Character's Name, Current Steam Name, or your SteamID64.

To confirm it worked enter "admins" into the Command Prompt, this will tell you what players are admins, giving you their Steam SteamID64.

If you wish to remove admin rights from a player, type "unadmin <Name>" into Command Prompt, it allows the same names as "admin <Name>".
