Can someone tell me how to open the console in Unturned?

I've tried on my own Hamachi servers and I cant figure out how.....any help?
And if there isnt any console, can you tell me how to spawn stuff?

Press enter to go into chat then type @give (your Unturned name)/(id number)/(quantity) then it will give you the item you typed in.

alright i put @give mikelfelix/5 and nothing happened, it didnt even show up in the chat, not in my inventory nor on the ground so i really dont know...
