Unturned use 4.7GB RAM ?

I wanted to play Unturned and if i started game, game freeze and i go to task manager and there was Unturned - 4734,8 MB RAM

i think this game is gonna be like last stand dead zone game on yahoo website.both have zombies and both are high resource usage

yeah the game uses an excessive amount of ram, nothing you can really do about it.

pretty much, but even that it would take a lot of ram, i suggest turning off antistofic (screw my spelling) filtering. that option is a ram hogger.

unturned take A LOT of ram now. im 10 GB RAM high (not ultra yet) settings get 20 fps. luckly low settings give me 60 fps

If you dont have 8 GB Of RAM Unturned Wont run smoothly

It's not even that, it's a crazy-weird glitch. I'm running a stock PC and can run the game fairly smoothly on low graphic settings and max render distance.

Only time I get laggy is in washingtons biggest city.

For whatever reason, the more ram you have, the more it grasps for. Same with GPUs for some folks, just taking it all when it really shouldn't.

It will also depend on the GPU that you have for rendering the models. My laptop has 12 gb of ram and can only go for 30 fps max.

The game has memory leak, just restart client every 30mins or when you see that the game is consuming all of your ram and already slowing down your system.

I would suggest restarting the whole pc entirely. the Lost memory would stay lost until the system reboots.

You only need to restart the client. Try it.
