Unable to climb ladders

I noticed this in Arid the most, but it's also true of some ladders on other maps. The prompt to climb them doesn't come up, and I either phase through them or they act as regular building objects.

You have probably tried this but just in case, try looking higher up on the ladder

they're prolly just cosmetic ladders then.

I did. It doesn't matter where I look. The ladder just doesn't work.

I've climbed these ladders in previous versions of Arid. I can't progress on that map specifically if I can't climb the ladders.

Having the same issue here, namely on Arid 3.0. Can't progress as some areas (like RS2) could only be reached via ladders.
